Fresh Bucks program

Arlington EATS reports that, thanks to the Fresh Bucks program, the market is a welcome return to fresh, local produce and locally sourced meat and dairy for all of our neighbors.

For some residents, the June 13 EATS' newsletter says, "the market was inaccessible since prices may be higher than a chain grocery store. Fresh Bucks provides vouchers to access to fresh, locally grown produce, meat, and baked goods, allowing residents — regardless of income — to shop locally."

EATS has raised $28,500 to support Fresh Bucks. The newsletter asked for public help to raise the remaining $16,500 to provide continued market access to our neighbors.

Each voucher guests receive is worth $15. Your support directly benefits your neighbors and local farmers! You can help us reach our goal in providing this vital service throughout the market season.
