The Arlington School Committee is set to meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26. As usual, this is to be a hybrid meeting, both in-person and remotely, at Arlington High School's committee room on the sixth floor of 869 Mass. Ave. 

Tonight's meeting is scheduled to include student representatives and information about new administrative hires. There is also a planned finance report and update on the AHS Heterogenous Grouping initiative.

The Arlington School Committee is set to meet at 6:30 p.m. tonight, Thursday, Sept. 21. As usual, this is to be a hybrid meeting, both in-person and remotely, at Arlington High School's committee room on the sixth floor of 869 Mass. Ave. 

Tonight's meeting is scheduled to include student representatives and information about new administrative hires. And, as part of the planned Wellness Department report,  there may be explanation of the 4th and 5th grade human growth and development curricula/lessons -- colloquially known as sex-ed -- which have been a bit controversial in the recent past. As well, several policies are scheduled to come up on their "second read" and could be adopted.

The Arlington School Committee is set to meet tonight, Sept. 7, at 6:30 p.m. This is planned to be a hybrid meeting with a zoom option or in-person at Arlington High school's committee room, located on the sixth floor at 869 Mass. Ave. 

This committee meeting falls on the day half-a-dozen public schools in town had to close early due to extreme heat.

The Arlington School Committee has scheduled its reorgnizational meeting for 6:15 p.m. Thursday, April 13, followed by the regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 13, in person in the Discourse Lab in the new wing on the fourth floor at Arlington High School.

The meeting also is to be viewable in real time on Zoom and via ACMi live streaming.

This will be the first committee meeting including Laura Gitelson, elected April 1 as succcessor to Bill Hayner.
