UPDATED April 6: The town on March 9 kicked off a visioning phase to identify community goals and priorities regarding where multifamily housing should be allowed by right.

Town officials and the MBTA Communities Working Group are leading a planning process aiming for extensive community engagement to determine the details of Arlington's zoning district seeking to increase multifamily housing.
