Arlington via Google Earth: Your Town, Your Future

UPDATED April 6: The town on March 9 kicked off a visioning phase to identify community goals and priorities regarding where multifamily housing should be allowed by right.

More than 130 people attended (230 registered) for the meeting, the town said in a March 14 news release. If you missed the event, you can still participate.

Town officials and the MBTA Communities Working Group are leading a planning process aiming for extensive community engagement to determine the details of Arlington's zoning district seeking to increase multifamily housing.

 Join those involved at this virtual public meeting set for Thursday, March 9, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. to participate in a process to understand community priorities and values regarding multifamily housing.

Beginning last November, the Town of Arlington laid out yearlong hopes for a planning process to discuss the details about MBTA-community requirements that are part of housing-choice legislation.
